Income Limits for Admission to Public Housing

To be eligible for admission, annual household income must not exceed the income limits for occupancy established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Specifically, annual income cannot exceed 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) at the time of application for housing assistance.
